PC Technician
Fort Bragg, North Carolina ATS is looking for a qualified PC Technician to support the Special Operations Mission Training Center Facility at Fort Bragg, NC. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide end-user and client systems support for the Special Operations Mission Training Center, ensuring workstations and peripheral devices remain operational and mission-ready in support of training operations. Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop systems, including operating systems, applications, network configurations, and security settings in accordance with DoD and Army cybersecurity policies. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, diagnosing system faults, replacing components, applying patches, and restoring functionality with minimal impact to mission activities. Configure and validate network workstations, ensuring proper connectivity to enterprise services, mission command systems, and secure network environments. Document and track service requests and incidents, maintaining accurate records of reported issues, resolutions, system configurations, and lifecycle actions. Support cybersecurity compliance at the endpoint level, identifying vulnerabilities, applying updates, and assisting with implementation of approved security tools and policies. Assist with interoperability of Army and Joint Mission Command systems, ensuring client devices properly interface with supported training and operational platforms. Safeguard sensitive systems and information, performing duties in compliance with Secret clearance requirements and established security procedures. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Personnel work closely with military leadership, government representatives, contractors, and visiting units, often in a dynamic environment with frequent schedule changes, after-hours requirements, and surge operations. The position requires strict adherence to Army physical security policies, discretion when handling sensitive information, constant attention to detail, and a strong customer-service mindset while operating within controlled access areas and under Secret-level security clearance requirements.
