Compensation Analyst

This position requires you to be working in office, 3 days per week, from our Bala Cynwyd, PA office.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a Compensation Analyst. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring that our compensation structure is competitive, equitable, and aligned with our organizational goals. You will be responsible for analyzing compensation data, conducting market research, and providing insights that drive our compensation strategy. Your findings will aid in making informed decisions regarding salary structures, bonuses, and benefits, helping us attract and retain top talent. Additionally, you will collaborate with HR and management to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices in compensation. The ideal candidate will possess strong quantitative skills, the ability to interpret complex data sets, and a solid understanding of compensation trends and regulations. Furthermore, you will be tasked with designing and implementing compensation programs that reflect our commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular analyses of employee compensation data and market trends to ensure competitive pay structures.
• Prepare compensation reports and presentations for leadership reviews and decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with HR to develop and implement compensation policies and practices that support organizational objectives.
• Evaluate job descriptions and classifications to maintain accuracy and alignment with market standards.
• Monitor and assess pay equity within the organization, recommending adjustments as needed to maintain fairness.
• Assist in developing salary ranges and compensation structures based on market research and internal equity analyses.
• Stay up-to-date on compensation regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices are followed
• Other duties as Assigned

Education and Experience

• 1-3 years of experience
• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Finance, or Business Administration

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel or specialized compensation software.
• Understanding of compensation regulations, including FLSA, equal pay laws, and other relevant legislation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing compensation-related issues.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data clearly to stakeholders.
