Job Description




Our risk and consulting group, under Allied Universal Enhanced Protection Services, is hiring an Inside Sales Manager. The Inside Sales Manager leads the intake, qualification, and management of inbound requests for the Emergency Response and Active Duty Law Enforcement service lines within the Enhanced Protection Services business. This role oversees the full inside sales cycle-from managing high-volume inbound leads generated by the guarding organization to driving account growth and expanding revenue within existing clients. Operating in a fast-paced environment, the Inside Sales Manager supports thousands of North American customers who depend on responsive emergency and law enforcement staffing solutions, ensuring timely service delivery, strong client relationships, and sustained business growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client and Account Management

    Foster strong client relationships to support sustained business growth, including expanding revenue and hours within existing accounts
  • Present to potential and existing clients on Emergency Response and Active Duty Law Enforcement
  • Build relationships with account buyers (e.g., Security, Legal, Human Resources) to grow Emergency Response and Active Duty Law Enforcement service lines within assigned accounts

Collaboration and Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Partner closely with guarding teams to ensure high quality fulfillment and a seamless branch level client experience quality fulfillment and a seamless branch level client experience
  • Support internal marketing efforts to increase awareness of Enhanced Protection Services within guarding regions and branches, in coordination with business unit leadership
  • Participate in client presentations and site tours showcasing EPS capabilities, including Emergency Response and Active Duty Law Enforcement offerings

Sales Process and Performance Management

  • Standardize and manage a scalable inside sales process that ensures exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction across Emergency Response and Active Duty Law Enforcement sales process that ensures exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction across all relevant EPS service lines
  • Develop, monitor, and refine KPIs across the client lifecycle; identify and execute process improvements to increase efficiency and conversion outcomes
  • Provide ongoing reporting, insights, and performance trends to leadership for continuous optimization

QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):

  • Must possess one of the following:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field of study
    • Associate's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field of study with a minimum of four (4) years of sales management experience
    • High school diploma with a minimum of eight (8) years of sales management experience
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in inside sales
  • Proven ability to grow existing accounts (revenue, service offerings)
  • Proven ability to manage and grow 40-60 accounts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
  • Proficiency in Smartsheet and similar programs
  • Excellent oral and written interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to evolving business needs in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):

  • Experience security industry
  • Background in process improvement, change management, or sales enablement initiatives
