Job Description




Our risk and consulting group, under Allied Universal Enhanced Protection Services, is hiring a Contract Administrator. The Contract Administrator leads the contract gathering, creation, review, and execution process for the Emergency Response and Active Duty Law Enforcement service lines within the Enhanced Protection Services business. This role is responsible for creating and executing a streamlined process to manage the contract creation and execution process for the business line, working in coordination with the Inside Sales Manager. The Contract Administrator will play a critical role in executing in a dynamic environment, supporting thousands of North American clients who rely on our emergency response and active law enforcement staffing capabilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Contract Execution and Process Management

    Review scope incoming Emergency Response and Active Duty Law Enforcement requests from clients, and gather any additional data needs
  • Build contracts and terms for client work based on existing templates and catalogue
  • Gather existing client contracts with guarding or Enhanced Protection Services organization from database and internal guarding contacts (e.g., account managers, branch managers)
  • Monitor and update Smartsheet flow of incoming requests in coordination with other intake managers
  • Monitor intake flow and execution Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements to ensure high levels of customer service
  • Provide recommendations for better process flows to management

Collaboration and Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Partner closely with guarding teams and National Accounts representatives to ensure high quality fulfillment and seamless branch level client experience
  • Partner with Threat Detection Emergency Response/Active Law Enforcement leadership team on process improvement mechanisms

QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):

  • Must possess one of the following:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field of study
    • Associate's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field of study with a minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience
    • High school diploma with a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience
  • Minimum of five (1) years of experience in contract administration and execution
  • Highly organized with strong structuring and process management skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Clear communicator to internal-facing parties to quickly problem solve contractual issues
  • Ability to adapt to evolving business needs in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in Smartsheet and similar programs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):

  • Background in process improvement or database management
