Description * Provision and deprovision user access across 20+ SaaS and developer platforms as part of onboarding, offboarding, and ad-hoc access requests. * Provide technical support to employees and contractors, handling ticket triage and resolution with appropriate escalation. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth IT operations and support workflows. * Support identity and access management including OneLogin SSO app configurations, Google Groups/distribution lists, and Slack channel management. * Support MDM and device management tasks in Jamf and Intune as needed. * Improve IT documentation, knowledge base articles, and support processes. Skills mdm, jamf, zapier, IFTTT, Workato Top Skills Details mdm,jamf,zapier,IFTTT,Workato Additional Skills & Qualifications * 2-5+ years of IT support experience (helpdesk, desktop support, or similar) in a fast-paced environment (startup, MSP). * Experience provisioning users across multiple SaaS platforms and have a solid understanding of RBAC - our stack includes Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, GitHub, Atlassian, and OneLogin among others. * Strong communication and troubleshooting skills, especially in remote environments. * Comfortable using ticketing systems like JIRA or similar. * Willingness to learn, take initiative, and follow detailed instructions.+++ Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Chicago, IL.
