As a Security Officer - Armed Retail Facility in Sunnyvale, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will greet guests, support store teams with clear communication, and document observations using basic computer and/or tablet tools. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, guests, and team members by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and requests for assistance in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with site leadership and local authorities when needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout sales floors, stock areas, entrances, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor access points and observe customer and employee activity, reporting suspicious or unusual behavior, hazards, and maintenance concerns per post orders.
• Document patrols, incidents, and daily activities in written reports and/or electronic systems, and communicate relevant updates during shift transitions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Have at least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
