As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy retail distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will communicate clearly with team members and site contacts, respond to issues as they arise, and deliver standout customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and site personnel by following security-related procedures, location policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting events and notifying site contacts and/or emergency services when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail distribution location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter points of entry.
• Monitor access points, observe for unusual activity, and help to discourage unauthorized access, theft-related activity, and/or policy violations through visible presence and reporting.
• Complete routine reports such as patrol logs and incident reports, and communicate updates to supervisors and/or client representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be 21+ years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
