As an Allied Universal Officer supporting access control at a logistics and distribution location, you will manage entry and exit points, verify credentials, monitor activity, and conduct routine patrols to help identify irregular conditions. You will remain highly visible, document incidents, and communicate clearly with drivers, associates, and visitors while delivering customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, and employees by following site-specific access control procedures and security-related policies at a logistics and distribution location.
• Control entry and exit at gates and/or lobbies by checking identification, issuing visitor credentials, maintaining logs, and directing traffic to approved areas.
• Monitor CCTV, alarm panels, and/or radios; report unusual activity and help to deter unauthorized access, theft, and/or damage by following post orders.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating notifications, documenting events, and supporting emergency response activities as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of yards, parking areas, docks, and building perimeters when assigned; working environments and conditions may vary by site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
