Responsibilities
* Maintain the network, IT equipment, or any additions to the network at various locations and distribute phones and laptops to employees and provide employee IT Onboarding process. * Install new hardware/software and troubleshoot any hardware or software problems. * Coordinate the IT needs of remote employees, vendors, and contractors. * Take ownership over projects, timelines, and deliverables with little supervision. * Maintain inventory updates and guidelines. * Ability to travel to different locations throughout the day. * May train and mentor less experienced staff. * Serve as Subject Matter Expert for a specific IT process or IT application. * Lead internal projects or small teams to contribute to overall goals of the organization. * Develop and maintain IT processes and documentation to streamline business processes. * Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology preferred.
- Five (5) + years of experience with desktop support, customer service, network, and
telephony support.
