Internal Communications Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to spearhead the end-to-end strategy and execution of critical internal programs focused on user engagement and adoption. In this role, you won't just manage projects; you'll be instrumental in shaping how our innovative solutions are understood and embraced. You will build comprehensive dashboards that provide real-time, holistic insights to leadership, forecasting future milestones and impacts. Your work will directly empower our Communications team to craft clear, effective messaging, driving awareness and understanding across all user-facing initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Program Management, Policy, Legal, Product, Engineering, and Research to align on internal program goals and success metrics related to user experience.

* Lead the development of user engagement campaigns from conception to completion, including project timeline management and executive reviews. This involves creating user participation instructions, FAQs, and content for internal communication channels such as intranets, company-wide meetings, newsletters, and collaboration platforms.

* Facilitate weekly core team meetings and provide regular, concise updates to leadership forums.

* Continuously evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of existing programs, identifying opportunities for enhancement. Prepare regular reports on program performance and implement strategic adjustments to optimize outcomes.

**Required Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree.

* 8 to 10 years of robust experience in project management.

* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects under tight deadlines with exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

* Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a proven ability to understand and synthesize complex or technical information into clear, engaging, and approachable content.

* Strong interpersonal skills and a dedicated work ethic, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships across all levels of management and within a team environment.

* Experience in designing comprehensive dashboards that maximize data value and streamline processes for efficiency and scalability.
