Responsibilities

Cumberland Hospital for Children and Adolescents provides a specialized environment dedicated to supporting children and adolescents with complex medical, neurological, and emotional needs. Our multidisciplinary team employs the latest approaches in medical management and adaptive skill-building to foster healing and development in young people from ages two to 22.

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Supply Chain Operations Manager to lead our supply chain functions, ensuring efficient management of procurement, inventory, logistics, and manufacturing processes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to optimize supply chain systems, implement process improvements, and support the hospital's mission of delivering exceptional care through streamlined operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for establishing, maintaining and monitoring the facility inventory of equipment and supplies while maintaining the budget. This includes the annual physical inventory count and pricing and monthly Central Supply Distribution Reports for Accounting.
  • Responsible for facility purchases, rental and lease agreements. Responsible for receiving and providing closed Purchase Orders and delivery receipts to Accounting.
  • Follows and abides by facility policies (safety, attendance, infection control, dress code, productive work place, etc.), procedures, and Corporate Compliance Program. Maintains required training.
  • Evaluates purchasing and inventory systems for improvement, meeting the needs of the facility.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in supply chain management within a healthcare or manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of logistics, procurement, inventory control, and demand planning.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field
