Responsibilities
Quail Run Behavioral Health Hospital Phoenix is seeking a dynamic and talented Assistant Director of Intake to join our Intake team. Under the direction of the Director of Intake, the Assistant Director of Intake provides direction for the Intake Admissions Department in the assigned area(s) in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of the Hospital and within the framework of established policies and procedures of the Department of Intake and Admissions. The Assistant Director is responsible for the clinical leadership and coordination of patient flow and staff productivity in the Intake and Admissions department. As a key team member in the Intake and admissions area, the Assistant Director promotes a climate of effective performance through role modeling, willingness to learn and teach, and availability to patients and staff.
