This position serves as an integral member of the Creative Services project management team, responsible for overseeing projects from initiation through completion and coordinating with cross-functional partners to ensure effective delivery. The role is pivotal within the Performance Coatings Group (PCG) MarCom team, working in close collaboration with Creative Services, Customer Engagement, and Digital teams to support PCG business objectives by implementing cohesive and impactful marketing and communications initiatives. Additional Information: Travel Required: 10% This role is not remote/hybrid. This role will report to Sherwin-Williams Global Headquarters located at 1 Sherwin Way, Cleveland, OH 44113. Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. Lead the execution of marketing and communications initiatives by managing workflows via Workfront, ensuring projects are strategically aligned with and support the business objectives of the Performance Coatings Group.
Coordinate and lead project kickoff, weekly division status and other internal/external meetings as appropriate.
Provide comprehensive support for reporting and analytical initiatives. Contribute to the enhancement of data-driven decision-making processes.
With guidance from the Creative Services Project Manager, contribute to the strategic evolution of workflows and processes, including exploring AI-enabled tools and capabilities that enhance efficiency, streamline operations, and support continuous improvement across cross-functional groups.
