Strategy Director

Shape the future of our North America business.

Strategy Director, you will partner closely with the Chief Strategy Officer (with strong exposure to the President of North America and the NA Leadership Team) to help define and drive the region's most critical strategic priorities.

In this highly visible role, you will turn insights into action-supporting the development of mid- and long-term strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and helping advance key transformation initiatives across the business.

This is a unique opportunity for a high-potential strategy professional to gain exposure to senior leadership, influence decision-making at scale, and contribute meaningfully to Sonova's mission of helping people enjoy the delight of hearing.

Responsibilities:

* Support the North America Leadership Team in developing and refining regional strategic plans aligned with global priorities
* Conduct market, competitive, and industry analyses to identify growth opportunities, risks, and emerging trends
* Contribute to country and channel strategy development and long-term roadmap planning
* Lead strategic analyses and develop business cases to support investment and prioritization decisions
* Support M&A screening, evaluation, and strategic partnership initiatives
* Facilitate strategic planning cycles and prepare executive-level materials and presentations
* Partner cross-functionally (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, HR) to help drive strategic initiatives and ensure alignment
* Monitor performance against strategic goals and support course correction where needed
* Contribute to transformation and operational excellence initiatives across the region

More about you:

* MBA degree and 4-7 years of experience in top tier strategy consulting or comparable strategic environment
* Experience in healthcare, MedTech, or consumer-driven industries is a plus
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort working with data and financial models
* Structured thinker with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence interacting with senior stakeholders
* Ability to operate in a global, matrixed organization and influence without formal authority
* Willingness to travel up to 30%

This role's pay range is between: $170,000 - $215,000.
This role is also bonus and EEAP eligible. Compensation is determined by experience and location.
