Position Overview

Vantor is seeking a Senior Employee Experience & Internal Communications Specialist to design, elevate, and deliver a world-class employee experience across our organization. This role blends strategic internal communications with culture and engagement leadership to ensure our employees feel informed, connected, and inspired.

This individual will serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership, HR, and business leaders to drive enterprise communications, lead signature culture initiatives like Vantor Cares Week, and serve as the primary advisor and program lead for our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).

This role is ideal for a strategic communicator who also thrives on building programs, energizing culture, and shaping how employees experience Vantor every day.

Key Responsibilities

Internal Communications Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy aligned to Vantor's business priorities and culture.
  • Write on behalf of executive leadership, including CEO-level messaging, change communications, and enterprise announcements.
  • Lead content development and execution for town halls, AMAs, leadership meetings, and companywide communications.
  • Manage internal communication channels including intranet, email, newsletters, and video content.
  • Ensure consistent messaging, cadence, and prioritization across communications.
  • Monitor feedback channels and measure effectiveness of communication strategies.

Employee Experience & Culture Initiatives

  • Design and lead enterprise-wide engagement initiatives that reinforce Vantor's values and culture.
  • Own and lead Vantor Cares Week, including planning, coordination, communications, community partnerships, and impact reporting.
  • Develop recognition and culture campaigns that increase employee engagement and participation.
  • Partner with HR on employee engagement survey communications, action planning, and follow-up.

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor for Vantor's ERGs.
  • Partner with ERG leaders to define goals, annual plans, and programming.
  • Establish governance, guidelines, and measurement for ERG success.
  • Support alignment between ERG initiatives and broader business and inclusion priorities.
  • Help scale ERG impact and visibility across the organization.

Change Management & Executive Partnership

  • Partner with HR and executive leadership to develop change management communications for organizational transformations.
  • Act as a strategic thought partner to leadership on culture messaging and employee engagement.
  • Translate business strategy into clear, compelling internal narratives.

Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Develop metrics to evaluate internal communications and engagement initiatives.
  • Track participation and impact of Vantor Cares Week, ERG programs, and other culture initiatives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on employee feedback and engagement data.
  • Continuously evolve the employee experience strategy based on best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in internal communications, employee experience, employee engagement, or related field.
  • Experience working directly with executive leadership, including CEO-level messaging.
  • Demonstrated experience leading culture initiatives or enterprise engagement programs.
  • Experience supporting ERGs or inclusion-related programming strongly preferred.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-visibility initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.

Pay Transparency: In support of pay transparency at Vantor, we disclose salary ranges on all U.S. job postings. The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the salary range provided below and is determined based on job-related factors, including, but not limited to, the experience, qualifications, knowledge, skills, geographic work location, and market conditions. Candidates with the minimum necessary experience, qualifications, knowledge, and skillsets for the position should not expect to receive the upper end of the pay range.

* The base pay for this position within Colorado is: $76,000.00 - $126,000.00 annually.

For all other states, we use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop market-driven ranges for our roles, and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range.

Additionally, this position is incentive eligible with a target based on contribution, company performance, and/or individual results achieved; the specific incentive plan and target amount will be determined based on the role and breadth of contributions.
