Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM | Working 30 hours per week

What You Bring to the Table.

• Strong computer skills (advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required)
• Experience working with financial documents or ledger correction preferred
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Previous administrative or accounting support experience preferred
• Reliable and professional demeanor
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify and correct discrepancies

From Clock In to Clock Out.

Your day starts by assisting with correcting and updating financial ledgers. In addition, you will support special projects requiring advanced computer skills, perform data entry and maintain accurate documentation, and review financial records for errors and discrepancies. You will also provide general administrative and clerical support and maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems.
