Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain and audit employee personnel files for accuracy and compliance
• Perform high-volume, accurate data entry in HRIS systems
• Process I-9s, background checks, employment verifications, and required documentation
• Support benefits administration, including enrollments and updates
• Maintain HR reports, tracking logs, and spreadsheets
• Assist with policy updates and ensure proper documentation standards
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to HR leadership

Requirements:

• 6+ months of HR experience in a Generalist or HR Administrative role
• Strong HRIS and data entry experience
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of HR compliance and employment documentation requirements
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
