Your Ticket In

• 2 years of relevant assembly or mechanical experience
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Familiarity with basic assembly tools and manufacturing procedures
• Exceptional attention to detail and solid problem-solving skills
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Able to lift 25 lbs. & steel-toes

Your Role on the Line

• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Assemble components using hand tools, power tools, and specialized machines
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet exacting standards
• Record production data accurately and report defects or inconsistencies
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace
• Work collaboratively with teammates and communicate effectively with supervisors
• Consistently meet or exceed production targets and deadlines
