Together We Grow - One Mission, One Team - With a Commitment to Serve Scope of Work: THTBC is seeking a Program Control Manager with Government Contracting expertise to join our team. The Program Control Manager (PCM) is responsible for overseeing the financial, schedule, and performance management of government contracts. This role emphasizes hands-on program controls, adaptability, and partnership across teams while ensuring compliance with federal regulations and contractual requirements. The PCM supports sustainable growth, mission delivery, and long-term customer relationships by providing accurate forecasting, transparent reporting, and actionable insights across the program lifecycle. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of budgeting, forecasting, EACs and burn rates in a government contracting environment and hands-on experience with multiple contract types (CPFF, T&M, FP) and working knowledge of FAR/DFAR and funding compliance.
