In this impactful role, you will contribute significantly to key projects by designing and developing high-quality presentation templates, slides, and visual systems. You'll collaborate closely with design leads and innovators to set new standards, refine processes, and deliver innovative solutions that blend creative expertise with speed and scalability. Your work will ensure designs meet rigorous brand and accessibility standards while fostering innovative, experimental projects.

**Responsibilities:**

* Design and develop presentation templates, slide layouts, and visual components for leading presentation software.

* Create polished, on-brand designs that masterfully balance aesthetics, clarity, and functionality.

* Support experimental projects through the creation of essential visual assets.

* Ensure all designs rigorously meet accessibility and inclusivity standards.

* Deliver a high volume of design output with fast turnaround times while consistently maintaining exceptional quality.

**Qualifications:**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Associate's degree in design or a related field.

* 2-4 years of professional design experience, with a strong emphasis on presentation or template creation.

* Proven hands-on experience in designing actual content and templates within industry-standard presentation design platforms (distinct from UX, product, motion, or web design). Candidates must be inherently familiar with template creation.

* Proficiency in leading presentation software, Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud.

* A compelling portfolio demonstrating strong multi-page and presentation design judgment, showcasing a deep understanding of layout, hierarchy, and quality.

* Comfort and familiarity with modern AI tools and platforms, including experience with image generation prompts.

* Comprehensive knowledge of accessibility standards and a demonstrated ability to design clear charts and tables.

* Strong foundation in typography, layout, color, and composition.

* Proven ability to design effectively for presentations and multi-page formats.

* Skilled in translating complex concepts into high-quality visual designs.

* Ability to take feedback in stride and iterate quickly to improve outcomes.

* Bachelor's degree in design or a related field.

* Familiarity with AI-driven design tools and emerging technologies.

* Ability to explore diverse visual styles, including crafting complex or unconventional design ideas.
