Description The Service and Parts Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative and customer support to the Service and Parts Department. This role serves as a first point of contact for service- and parts-related inquiries, supports inventory and logistics functions, and provides cross-departmental administrative backup to ensure efficient daily operations Skills Customer service, Customer experience, inventory, excel, hubspot Top Skills Details Customer service,Customer experience,inventory,excel Additional Skills & Qualifications Essential Functions & Responsibilities: Customer Support - Receive, route, and manage daily service and parts inquiries from web submissions, phone calls, and internal sources. Scheduling - Coordinate new camper installations by communicating directly with customers. Coordinate maintenance and service for company fleet and demonstration vehicles. CRM Administration - Maintain accurate customer contact records. Database Management - Build and maintain a centralized database of product specs, materials, and FAQs to improve response speed and accuracy Dealer Support - Prepare and verify all dealer paperwork prior to shipment, including preload documentation, bills of lading, customs documents, camper invoices, and state of origin paperwork. Administrative Support - Backup support for sales order processing and provide reception desk coverage during employee breaks, the first or last hour of the workday, vacation periods, and employee absences as required. Parts Support - Assist with physical inventory counts for the Parts Department and company-branded merchandise. Required Qualifications: Professional customer service and problem-resolution skills. Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, or similar preferred) 3+ years of business experience, with customer service and order entry a plus Strong written, verbal, and analytical skills Strong Excel and data entry experience, typing 30wpm Strong time management, organizational and communication skills. Ability to assess issues, determine appropriate actions, and follow through to resolution. Dependable, adaptable, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Willingness to provide cross-functional support as business needs require. Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Woodland, CA.
