*TEKsystems has a contract need for an SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager located in the Denver market. This role is requiring *4 days onsite at the Denver office - flexible on the WFH day.
The Head of the PMO at is looking to bring on a Sr. SAP Project manager to support their Oracle to SAP program. They will be deploying over the next year and half and additional support is needed. The Senior Project Manager will lead the end to end delivery of a strategic HR transformation project in which the client is implementing SAP SuccessFactors with an external implementation partner. This role requires prior experience managing SAP SuccessFactors (or similar SAP HCM) implementations, strong vendor management capabilities, and the ability to coordinate across complex business and technical environments. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership & Delivery * Lead the end to end delivery of a large, cross functional SAP SuccessFactors implementation to meet defined business objectives and value targets. * Provide direction, leadership, and inspiration to project team members across HR, IT, business operations, and the vendor implementation team. * Serve as the primary driver of project execution, ensuring alignment with project scope, timelines, deliverables, and quality expectations. * Maintain project transparency and alignment with executive sponsors, business leaders, and technical stakeholders. Vendor & Stakeholder Management * Manage the external implementation vendor responsible for deploying SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring the vendor delivers according to contractual commitments, project timelines, and quality standards. * Coordinate across internal business owners (HR, IT, Operations), technical teams, and the vendor to ensure requirements, integrations, and configurations meet the client's needs. * Act as a liaison between the vendor and internal IT, ensuring adherence to enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and data governance standards. * Lead stakeholder discussions to scope, estimate, prioritize, and plan phases of the SuccessFactors project. Project Operations * Drive all aspects of project planning and execution, including: o Defining scope, functional acceptance criteria, and implementation milestones o Building and maintaining schedule and resource plans o Budget development, tracking, and forecasting o Risk and issue identification, mitigation, and resolution o Cross team communications and executive reporting o Organizational readiness, training planning, and change adoption * Coordinate matrixed teams consisting of internal employees, contractors, and third party vendor resources. Solution Delivery & Business Readiness * Oversee requirements gathering, solution design sessions, configuration validation, integrations, testing cycles (UAT, SIT), cutover planning, and go live readiness for SuccessFactors modules. * Ensure alignment between SAP SuccessFactors deployment choices and broader enterprise HR/IT landscape. * Support the development of training materials, communication plans, and change management activities required for a smooth adoption of the new HR system. Governance, Process, and Documentation * Ensure all project artifacts-including design documents, test plans, RACI, change controls, and project health metrics-are maintained to internal standards. * Manage all aspects of vendor lifecycle activities, including RFP/RFQ processes, resourcing, performance management, and quality oversight. * Contribute to improving internal PMO processes and project delivery methodologies. *Skills* Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Sap, Project management, Functional specification, Implementation, Payroll, Data, Reporting, Oracle, Change management, Agile We reserve the right to pay above or below the posted wage based on factors unrelated to sex, race, or any other protected classification.
