As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy retail and mall location, you will conduct routine foot patrols, remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to concerns with calm, clear communication. You will support guests and tenants with helpful customer service, document observations, and partner with site teams to keep operations running smoothly. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests and tenants by following post orders, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response procedures at a retail and shopping location.
• Respond to incidents, disputes, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to appropriate personnel and/or local authorities as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of common areas, corridors, parking areas, and perimeter zones to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and high-traffic areas, offering directions and assistance while watching for suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or policy violations.
• Complete detailed reports and log entries regarding patrol activities, incidents, and security-related observations, and communicate updates to site management and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
