APeX Reporting Manager IT EIA Health Finance Full Time 88155BR Job Summary The Manager provides strategic and operational oversight for the Business Intelligence Developer Team, directing a portfolio of work that spans complex, enterprise-wide initiatives with significant impact across the medical center as well as routine reporting and data extraction requests. The role is accountable for aligning team priorities, resources, and deliverables with organizational strategic goals and operational needs. The Manager oversees the APeX Reporting function, ensuring the delivery of accurate, timely, and actionable operational reporting focused on healthcare, financial, and administrative data within the EMR environment. This position establishes standards, governance, and performance expectations to support high-quality analytics and informed decision-making. Serving as a senior subject matter expert in EpicCare clinical applications-including Inpatient, Ambulatory, ASAP, Willow OpTime, Radiant, Anesthesia, and SlicerDicer-the Manager provides leadership, mentorship, and technical guidance to the team. The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $168,200 - $240,000 (Annual Rate).
