Psychotherapist - LLMSW - Full Time Days

GENERAL SUMMARY: Provides evidence-based care in the diagnosis and treatment of mental illness and substance use disorders within an interdisciplinary team. Also provides individual, conjoint, group and family psychotherapy; in addition to crisis intervention services, as needed. Ensures that the quality of care is safe, effective, patient-centered, timely, efficient, and equitable.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program required. Ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, physicians, multidisciplinary team, and community agencies to achieve desired patient outcomes.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED: LLMSW required. Must obtain full licensure upon 24 months of completing 4,000 supervised hours in a full-time status. A limited licensed MSW must practice under direct supervision of a LMSW. A LLMSW must sit for and pass The State Board after acquiring 4,000 hours of supervised social work experience. The previous supervised social work experience may be acquired outside of the Henry Ford Health system.

LLMSW with experience in outpatient behavioral health, primary care integration, or medical social work

Familiarity with Collaborative Care Model (CoCM) or integrated behavioral health workflows

Strong clinical assessment skills, including risk assessment and triage

Comfort with measurement-based care tools (PHQ-9, GAD-7, LOCUS/MichiCANS preferred)

Strong documentation skills and comfort working in Epic or similar EMR

Ability to manage high volumes while maintaining clinical quality and responsiveness.
