As the Coordinator of High School Relations and Recruiting, you'll play an essential role in supporting Duke Football's commitment to respect, trust, inclusion, discovery, and excellence. In this position, you'll engage with prospective student-athletes from all backgrounds and help ensure they feel welcomed, valued, and supported throughout the recruiting experience.

You'll help shape Duke Football's future by connecting with high school athletes nationwide and supporting staff in identifying talent that aligns with our values.

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate and maintain the football recruiting database, ensuring timely and accurate prospect information.
  • Conduct transcript reviews for all potential prospects to support academic evaluation and compliance requirements.
  • Identify and recommend potential recruits to position coaches and staff, supporting both offensive and defensive recruiting efforts.
  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with recruits, their families, and high school programs across the country.
  • Oversee offer tracking and manage logistics for assigned player positions.
  • Contribute to a culture of integrity by upholding and applying NCAA recruiting regulations.

Anticipated Pay Range:

Duke University provides an annual base salary range for this position as USD $44,766.00 to USD $71,706.00. Duke University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position; candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills; internal peer equity; as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
