Main Duties & Responsibilities

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods. This role ensures materials move efficiently through the facility, inventory remains accurate, and shipments meet customer and production requirements.

You'll work closely with production, supply chain, scheduling, and customer service teams to keep operations running smoothly while leading the warehouse staff across a 24/7 manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all shipping, receiving, and inventory control activities
  • Ensure compliance with ISO procedures, FIFO, and lot traceability requirements
  • Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counting and real time transactions
  • Direct material movement based on production priorities and schedules
  • Direct daily warehouse operations
  • Monitor and improve OTIF delivery performance
  • Support production by ensuring materials are issued and returned correctly
  • Drive Lean practices including 5S, visual management, and Kanban systems
  • Maintain control of non released or restricted materials
  • Coordinate with freight carriers, internal teams, and customers as needed
  • Oversee relationships with warehouse 3PL partners to ensure service levels, inventory accuracy, and shipping performance are met.
  • Apply knowledge of freight terms and shipping requirements to manage costs, routing decisions, and delivery expectations.

  • Material availability for production

Work Environment:

  • Onsite role in a manufacturing facility
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 55 lbs as needed
  • Exposure to varying temperatures within the plant

On-Site: This role is required to be on-site 5 days at the Denver, CO location.


Qualifications

  • 10+ years of warehouse management experience preferred
  • Injection molding or manufacturing environment experience strongly preferred
  • Experience working within ISO systems
  • Familiarity with MRP systems and barcode scanning tools
  • Proven leadership and team development experience

Compensation

In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the expected pay range for this position is $76,000 - $86,000.

Compensation can vary depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, competencies, and geographic location. Some roles may qualify for extra incentives like equity, commissions, or other variable performance-related bonuses. Further details will be provided by our recruiting team during the interview process.
