Salesforce Professional Services is hiring Solution Architects to join the Missionforce team. As a Solution Architect, you will provide steady architectural leadership across large and complex engagements and partner with executive and delivery stakeholders to co-create and execute solution visions for our most complex customers in the Defense & National Security space. The Solution Architect serves as a hands-on advisor combining Salesforce platform expertise, industry knowledge, and consulting acumen to design and deliver scalable, mission-aligned solutions. The Solution Architect / Senior Solution Architect is a dual-impact leader across presales and delivery, responsible for shaping, scoping, and aligning complex engagements to position federal customers for long-term success as a trusted advisor.. This role drives architectural strategy from initial solutioning through execution, ensuring mission-critical programs are set up to deliver measurable outcomes. They provide and are accountable for architectural integrity, executive alignment, and elevate solution quality while cultivating a high-performance culture across the team. As stewards of the Professional Services Methodology, they leverage cross-functional networks to enforce best practices, scale delivery excellence, and ensure consistency across MissionForce engagements.
