If you thrive in an Agile/Scrum environment, enjoy mentoring others, and are motivated to help teams perform at their best, we want to hear from you.

Your Role:

As a Sr Software Engineer, you will:

  • Support, develop, and manage enterprise-grade applications within an Agile/Scrum framework.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineers across projects, serving as a go-to resource for design decisions and best practices.
  • Lead the design and implementation of data integration services, data quality frameworks, and data mapping strategies.
  • Serve as a technical advisor on data architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals, compliance standards, and long-term scalability.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver robust data pipelines and integrations that support mission-critical business applications.
  • Act as a team lead on initiatives, helping prioritize work, remove blockers, and ensure successful delivery.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Define and document complex system-to-system data integrations and transformation logic.
  • Lead resolution of high-priority production issues, setting standards for troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and post-incident learning.
  • Mentor and coach engineers, supporting their technical growth and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Drive the development of scalable data integration solutions using API/CSV/JSON/XML sources.
  • Apply deep domain expertise in regulatory, compliance, and customer data to ensure application reliability, data integrity, and alignment with legal and operational requirements.
  • Influence technical direction and team practices, contributing to architectural decisions and long-term roadmap planning.
  • Champion emerging data technologies and foster a culture of learning, innovation, and knowledge sharing.
  • Produce high-quality technical documentation and model strong engineering discipline and ownership.

Experience You Will Bring:

  • 8+ years of software development experience with demonstrated leadership on complex technical initiatives.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, cloud integration tools, and version control systems.
  • Proven ability to work independently while guiding teams through complex problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Experience facilitating cross-team collaboration and leading or co-leading Agile ceremonies.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across teams.
  • Experience coordinating small to mid-sized initiatives, including task planning, prioritization, and delivery accountability.
  • Expertise in multiple development methodologies including Agile SCRUM, Kanban, and Waterfall.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and fit-for-purpose documentation.
  • Proficiency in .NET and reporting tools such as Power BI.

What Will Make You Stand Out:

  • A strategic mindset with a strong work ethic and a desire to step into broader leadership responsibilities, including people leadership.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to executive and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated passion for mentoring, coaching, and developing talent within engineering teams.
  • Experience serving as a team lead with past direct-report responsibilities.
