What You'll Do:


Support production by maintaining and repairing injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment. You'll troubleshoot issues, reduce downtime, and help ensure equipment runs safely and efficiently.



  • Perform preventive and planned maintenance on injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
  • Maintain and repair robots, dryers, thermolators, compressors, chillers, towers, and related support equipment.
  • Respond to machine failures and diagnose electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
  • Assist in teardown and rebuild of injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
  • Inspect equipment and report unsafe or improper operations.
  • Evaluate spare parts needs and submit requisitions to support production continuity.
  • Communicate with production teams to prioritize and coordinate maintenance needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed.
  • Follow all safety and quality procedures while maintaining productivity standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow company policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.



What We're Looking For:



  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of industrial maintenance experience.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and diagrams.
  • Proficiency using power tools, hand tools, and precision instruments.
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work with production teams.
  • Ability to obtain forklift certification during initial trial period.
  • Ability to obtain crane certification during initial trial period.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Technical training school certification.
  • Ability to read ladder logic and PLC ladder diagrams.
  • Experience in injection molding or plastics manufacturing environments.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting mindset.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across severalU.S. geographic markets. Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The annual U.S. pay range for this positionis listed below. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on your qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
