In this pivotal role, you will lead the development and execution of impactful account marketing and activation strategies for key accounts. You will be at the forefront of driving significant business growth and enhancing brand health, working closely with sales and merchandising teams. Your contributions will directly influence consumer perception and sales performance, ensuring the brand's continued leadership in a competitive market. **What You'll Do:** * Define and align seasonal marketing calendars, integrating product, retail, and brand activities.
* Execute seasonal account marketing calendars with excellence to achieve market leadership and agreed-upon KPIs at the point of purchase.
* Create, deliver, and execute comprehensive activation strategies and roadmaps.
* Drive and secure sell-through and consumer engagement, ensuring share growth and achievement of all commercial and strategic goals.
* Measure the effectiveness of account activation plans, ensuring visual execution excellence and strong sell-out performance.
* Develop and execute consumer activation activities across targeted categories and concepts, utilizing all channels and platforms.
* Secure the highest share of space within key destination doors and locations.
* Manage the seasonal activation calendar process from virtual downloads to in-store implementation, including all account interaction meetings.
* Understand product, customer, and consumer needs within the local market and across all channels.
* Support Special Make-Up (SMU) and franchise creation/development initiatives where appropriate.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for consumer activation, both internally and externally.
* Collaborate closely with Global Brand teams and cross-functional partners to ensure best-practice implementation of global strategies.
* Manage budgets and costs within agreed measures.
* Analyze the consumer retail environment, including distribution points, share of buy, competitor concepts, and support tools.
* Oversee the execution and implementation process for toolkits, from briefing customer requirements to in-store deployment.
* Conduct relevant reporting activities to measure efficiency and commercial success. **What You'll Bring:** * High professional maturity and strong communication skills.

* Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite.
* Fluent in English.
