* Leading the communication of critical market performance data to both internal and external stakeholders.

* Translating complex topics and data findings into easily digestible and actionable insights for a diverse range of audiences.

* Conducting in-depth analysis of sales and performance indicators to identify key trends, successes, and areas for strategic improvement.

* Collaborating closely with sales and retail partners to enhance their understanding of market health and optimize their strategies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Communicate Point of Sales (POS) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data effectively to internal and external stakeholders.

* Analyze POS and KPI data, extracting key takeaways to craft compelling narratives about market performance.

* Educate sales and retail partners on market trends, identifying what strategies are working, what can be improved, and what constitutes healthy market engagement.

* Develop clear, concise summaries and headlines from complex data analysis to guide strategic discussions.

**Qualifications:**

**Must-Haves:**

* 5+ years of experience in retail acumen, specifically in assortment planning.

* Demonstrated ability to simplify complicated topics and make them easily understood by a variety of backgrounds.

* Proven expertise in pulling, analyzing, and synthesizing Point of Sales (POS) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data to generate actionable market insights.

**Nice-to-Haves:**
