In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting seamless and engaging user experiences for various applications. You will translate complex technical and business requirements into elegant designs, working closely with researchers, product managers, and engineers to bring your vision to life. Your expertise will directly contribute to the usability, accessibility, and overall satisfaction of end-users, making a significant impact on our client's product ecosystem. **What You'll Do** * Collaborate with UX Researchers to conduct user experience research, interviews, and usability tests, informing design decisions and identifying user challenges. **What You'll Bring** **Must-Have Qualifications:** * A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science) OR equivalent experience demonstrating applicable knowledge, duties, scope, and skills. **Nice-to-Have Qualifications:** * Experience with user experience and design tools such as, but not limited to, Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, and InVision. The target hiring compensation range for this role is $54.70 to $60.78 an hour.
