We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Print Traffic Manager/Associate to provide maternity leave coverage within our creative marketing team. This role focuses on managing private label packaging and artwork projects from start to finish-coordinating across internal teams, external designers, and manufacturing partners to ensure on-time, accurate, and high-quality deliverables. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Potential for extension or conversion to fulltime.


Key Responsibilities & Skills

  • Manage and prioritize a high volume of private label packaging projects.
  • Serve as a key liaison between sales representatives, third-party designers, and factory/printer contacts.
  • Collect and organize design assets and complete detailed creative briefs.
  • Review, proofread, and provide feedback on packaging and marketing content.
  • Evaluate and process customer artwork files for submission to factories or printers.
  • Communicate directly with vendors to review, proof, and approve files through production.
  • Create and maintain product packaging specifications for private label items.
  • Make minor updates to art files and route revisions through approval workflows.
  • Direct and manage private label artwork distributed to freelance designers.
  • Maintain organized digital records and asset libraries for private label projects.
  • Support the customer approval process, including managing proofs and product samples.
  • Assist the marketing team with ongoing initiatives, including social media content creation and review.
  • Meet established project deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.


Other Responsibilities

  • Perform additional duties or support special projects as assigned by the Director of Creative Marketing.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in marketing coordination, production art, or project management.
  • Strong communication, proofreading, and organizational skills.
  • A collaborative, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated accountability, responsiveness, and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with AI-assisted tools for creative or workflow optimization preferred.
  • Familiarity with social media content creation and analytics is a plus.
