Who We're Looking For

You're a detail-oriented loan operations professional with a strong understanding of commercial and consumer loan documentation. You know how to spot errors before they become issues, and you're comfortable working directly with Credit Analysts, Lenders, and title companies to ensure everything is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time. You bring a solid working knowledge of regulatory requirements and loan documentation best practices, and you're always thinking a few steps ahead to protect the bank's interests.

If you enjoy digging into the details, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and playing a key role in supporting loan operations excellence-this role is for you.


About the Role

As a Loan Processing Analyst II, you'll play a key role in preparing and reviewing documentation for both commercial and consumer loans. You'll work closely with Credit Analysts and Lenders to ensure each loan file is complete, accurate, and compliant-supporting a smooth and secure closing process for our clients. You'll analyze loan applications and credit memos, verify supporting documents, and proactively address any issues that could impact loan execution.


What You'll Do

  • Review loan applications and credit memos to ensure completeness and resolve outstanding or potential issues.


  • Collaborate with Credit Analysts and Lenders to coordinate required documents for commercial and consumer loans.


  • Prepare accurate closing documents that protect the bank's interests and align with regulatory and internal requirements.


  • Monitor and execute compliance actions, including disclosures, right to cancel, and flood determinations.


  • Order, review, and follow up on title commitments and policies; verify collateral documentation such as UCCs and deeds of trust.


  • Stay current on applicable laws, regulations, and procedures related to loan documentation and processing.



What You Bring



  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or equivalent professional experience.


  • 3-5 years of experience in loan operations or financial analytics.


  • Knowledge of commercial and consumer loan documentation, including deeds of trust/mortgages, UCC filings, investment assets, and life insurance.


  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance practices such as disclosures, right to cancel, and flood requirements.


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.


  • Ability to clearly communicate across departments and collaborate with Credit Analysts and Lenders.
