Aon is looking for a Operations & Technical Professional I in Alpharetta, GA !

The Operations & Technical Professional is responsible for supporting our clients by reviewing and managing exceptions that can occur from the processing of daily files. This position is hybrid, with required 3 in-office days per week located in Alpharetta, GA.

What the day will look like:

Responsibilities:

* Work all exceptions from daily processing of client files and respond to user inquires in a timely manner.
* Timely escalation and ownership of production issues that needs heightened attention.
Assess the production environment and recommend areas of improvement that can contribute to the stability of the production environment.
Become the subject matter expert (SME) of your client's business processes and supporting systems.
* Interact and coordinate with multiple teams (Business Analysts, Operations Analysts, Fulfillment, and Development) on a regular basis and execute appropriate escalation of critical issues
* Communicate with clients to ensure alignment on exception resolution, as well as reporting on escalations status.

Skills and experience that will lead to success:

Required Experience:
* 7+ years of business experience preferably in research and analysis
* Critical Thinking: has technical expertise to accomplish complex processes/tasks.
* Problem Solving: experience analyzing complex issues.
* Intermediate experience with Excel and SQL Server querying
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent communication: both written and verbal.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Education:
* Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant validated experience

Pay Transparency Laws:

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $62,000 to $70,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
