A Taste of What You'll Do Join Gallo Winery as a Warehouse Forklift Operator and be part of a team that keeps our operations moving safely and efficiently. You'll operate a clamp or forklift to pick customer orders, load and unload trailers, move finished goods and packaging materials, and support day-to-day housekeeping and stretch-wrapping tasks. Accuracy matters here - you'll scan LPNs, use our inventory system for cycle counts, inspect pallet patterns and case prints, and help maintain inventory integrity. We value safety, continuous learning, and teamwork. You'll follow established safety procedures, participate in certification and re-certification for clamp and forklift operation, and apply technical training to your role. We encourage problem solving, clear communication across Ops and Supply Chain, and sharing ideas for process improvements that reduce costs and improve service.
