ENERGY SYSTEMS GROUP is hiring an Incentive Administration Specialist to join our Accounting team at our corporate office in Newburgh, Indiana. The primary purpose of the Incentive Administration Specialist is to administer the organization's incentive plan payments and manage the systems and vendor relationships used to calculate and process such payments. This role supports the implementation of plan changes, oversees and enhances calculation configurations, and serves as a key backup resource for payroll and accounting functions. This role will work closely with Payroll, Accounting, and Human Resources. The essential functions of the position include:
