What you will be doing... Your IMPACT



  • Direct all finance business systems activities, including ERP platforms, financial reporting, planning, consolidation, and system integrations.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain finance systems policies, procedures, governance standards, and internal controls defining control and data standards to ensure data security.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholder teams to deliver stable, secure, and scalable system solutions.
  • Lead system implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and optimization initiatives across Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and FP&A processes including business readiness, training, and functional testing to support adoption.
  • Translate finance and business requirements into system functionality and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
  • Oversee financial data integrity, availability, reporting accuracy, and system support for SOX compliance and audit requirements.
  • Own the stewardship of financial master data (chart of accounts, hierarchies, mapping) ensuring consistency and quality KPIs.
  • Drive automation, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort and streamline complicated processes.
  • Standardize end-to-end Finance processes and enforce adoption across business units.
  • Prepare and present finance systems roadmaps, project updates, risks, and performance metrics to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Report on system adoption, data quality metrics, process compliance, and automation impact.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.



What we are looking for...

You will need to have:



  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Proficiency with office productivity and financial systems software such as Microsoft Office and enterprise ERP platforms is required.


Even better if you have:



  • 10+ Years of progressive experience in finance systems, ERP management, or financial technology roles, including people leadership experience is preferred.
  • Experience building governance structures and owning master data management is strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and cross-functional communication skills are expected.
  • Experience with Oracle Financial applications, with an emphasis on Oracle Fusion Finance and Supply Chain modules, as well as global financial reporting.
  • Experience owning functional configuration, process documentation, and enterprise-scale change management strongly preferred.
