Scope of Work:

This is a field-based sales role. WPI Product Support exists to keep our customers' machines up and their costs down, so they can go to work.

You will spend most of your time visiting customers, walking jobsites, and building relationships with contractors and equipment owners. Your job is to help them keep their equipment running and to grow our parts and service business with them.

You do not need to come in as an equipment expert. We will teach you the technical side. What we cannot teach is work ethic, consistency, and the ability to follow through.

This role includes base pay plus commission. The right person will see that as opportunity. If you take pride in being dependable and solving real-world problems, this work matters.

What Success Looks Like:

* Consistent customer contact and field presence.

* Strong follow-up habits.

* A growing book of parts and service business.

* Customers who call you first when they need support.

* Measurable revenue growth over time.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:



  • Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, a bachelor's degree in applied discipline is preferred.
  • Must have a minimum of 4 years of previous experience or educational equivalent.

  • Ability to represent WPI professionally and maintain positive client relationships.



  • Working knowledge of basic business software (Microsoft Office, CRM systems) and comfort learning dealership operating systems



  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record per company insurance requirements.



  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory and stay overnight as required.



  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings or occasional weekends, when customer needs require it.



  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical activity including bending and twisting throughout the day.



  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and contribute to a clean, safe work environment
