Key Responsibilities



  • Support the monthly SIOP process, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.


  • Assist with capacity planning activities, including labor and machine capacity analysis.


  • Analyze demand trends, backlog, and inventory levels to support planning decisions.


  • Help develop and document SIOP standard work, dashboards, and planning tools.


  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align demand and supply plans.


  • Identify opportunities to improve forecast accuracy, planning efficiency, and inventory optimization.



Required Qualifications



  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.


  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.


  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.


  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.


  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Exposure to SIOP, demand planning, capacity planning, or production planning concepts through coursework or projects.


  • Basic understanding of Lean, Continuous Improvement, or process optimization principles.


  • Experience working with ERP or planning systems (academic or internship experience).


Education Requirements



  • Sophomore or Junior pursuing a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field.
