We are looking for a
Digital Processing Technician to join our team in the Minneapolis office. As part of our Digital Processing Center, you will be responsible for scanning documents and operating copy machines to support departments across the firm. In this role, you will: - Operate digital copy/scan equipment and deliver/mail finished documents. - Maintain equipment in efficient operating condition, including cleanup, toner supply, etc., and minor repairs. - Monitor and maintain an adequate stock of supplies for the Digital Processing Center and convenience copiers. - Operate fax equipment according to Digital Processing department procedures, researching unidentified faxes when necessary. - Operate binding and other finishing equipment. - Create Media (Disks & Flash Drives). - Create Closing Books/Transcripts. - Perform quality control review of work to ensure that tasks are completed as expected. - May perform other duties as required. What we're looking for: - High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. - Ability to organize a large volume of tasks. - Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines. - Knowledge of computer programs, including email. - Ability to work well with others. - Ability to communicate well with all Firm personnel and have a customer service orientation. - Physical strength and agility to permit full performance of the duties of the position, including frequent bending, walking, and lifting up to 40 pounds. Preferred: - Experience with digital multifunctional equipment.
