The Program Coordinator supports and manages key operational and programmatic activities for Radiology Physician Operations. This role is responsible for coordinating multiple large-scale initiatives, providing high-level administrative and project support, and ensuring programs are executed efficiently and in alignment with organizational objectives. The Program Coordinator serves as a central point of communication across divisions and contributes to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities * Coordinate and manage multiple large-scale program activities to support operational and strategic goals. *Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure program efficiency and consistency. *Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across clinical, operational, and administrative departments. *Monitor program timelines, milestones, and deliverables to support successful project implementation. *Assist with planning, execution, and follow-up of initiatives aimed at improving program effectiveness and workflow optimization. *Contribute to reporting, data tracking, and analysis to assess program outcomes and support data-driven decision-making. *Prepare summaries, reports, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders as needed. *Provide guidance, coordination, and support to other team members to promote alignment and accountability. *Identify opportunities for process improvement and support strategic enhancements within the program. *Coordinate and support physician scheduling operations to ensure accurate information and timely updates.
