Dock and Door Administrator

Currently, we are seeking a Service Administrator to support our York, PA location. We offer tremendous opportunity for growth, competitive compensation and benefits for individuals who want a career with a great company that maintains a family feel!

Main Duties:

* Monitor Technician Status- update and address as needed.

* Daily review of technician's time and overtime billing.

* Review and process time sheets.

* Administrative duties such as data entry, opening work orders, etc.

* Assisting customers/internal staff with questions regarding service.

* Assisting dispatching and service department as needed.

* Apply outside vendor invoices to work orders.

* Updating/maintaining work in progress.

* Answering incoming phone calls

* Maintain and update customer profiles in company database.

* Assist with other related administrative duties.

* Resolve billing errors and issues in company database.

* Review all internal work orders for accuracy, address as needed

Requirements:

* Possess unwavering customer service drive and focus

* Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

* Pleasant phone demeanor

* Must be a team player

* Attention to detail a must

* Stable work history with record of excellent attendance

* Excellent computer skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

* Quick learner and capable decision maker

* Exceptional follow-up a must

* Strong typing skills

* High energy level and positive attitude!
