Description Management/Leadership Req #: 70409 Summary: The Director - Therapy Services - Mountain Region provides strategic and operational leadership for all inpatient and outpatient physical, occupational and speech therapy services across the region, ensuring a cohesive leadership model and alignment with organizational goals. This role is accountable for developing and implementing standardized policies and procedures, enhancing patient access, reducing wait times, improving quality of care, and driving patient satisfaction. The Director oversees financial performance, capital project implementation, and fosters a culture of collaboration, professional development, and continuous improvement across all therapy services.
