We're looking for a driven Continuous Improvement Industrial Engineer to streamline operations, design smarter workflows, and accelerate production while maintaining toptier quality. This role is central to improving efficiency, reducing waste, and strengthening our continuousimprovement culture.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Analyze production schedules, processes, and specifications to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Design efficient workflows, facility layouts, and control systems that cut waste and reduce turnaround time.
  • Lead process improvements, automation initiatives, and technology upgrades.
  • Develop production standards, cost analyses, equipment lists, and documentation.
  • Train teams on new processes and create clear instructions and manuals.
  • Drive valuestream mapping, kaizen events, and crossfunctional improvement efforts.
  • Partner with suppliers and customers to meet performance goals.
  • Mentor teams and champion a culture of continuous improvement.



Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
  • 0-2 years of experience as a continuous improvement engineer, preferably in manufacturing
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and personalities.
  • A passion for efficiency, problemsolving, and operational excellence.
  • Inspires a culture of change and improvement.

The salary range for this position reflects a broad spectrum of experience levels. Individual compensation within the range is determined by multiple factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, job related skills, internal equity, and market conditions. We evaluate each candidate individually to ensure fair and competitive pay decisions.
