GENERAL SUMMARY Reports to the Senior Leader - Henry Ford Care at Home. Responsible for executive oversight and strategic leadership across one or more Henry Ford Care at Home programs. Provides direction for clinical, financial, operational, and workforce strategies to ensure delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care. This role drives alignment with system strategic priorities, advances the Care at Home value proposition, and leads transformation in care delivery models across the home-based continuum. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Bachelor's degree in nursing, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of five (5) years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare delivery or care-at-home environments. Demonstrated experience leading strategic growth, change management, and multi-site operations. Strong business acumen and ability to influence and collaborate across complex systems. Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree (MBA, MHA, MPH, MSN) strongly preferred. Experience in home health, hospice, palliative care, or employer-based health programs. Experience with value-based care, digital health expansion, or population health models. Additional Information
