The ideal candidate brings practical experience with construction materials, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position is not strictly office-based-success requires understanding material flow, jobsite demands, and leading a team to keep projects on schedule.

Job Responsibilities
  • Take customer orders and inquiries, process rental agreements, and make necessary credit or charge adjustments.
  • Communicate with project managers, field supervisors, and yard personnel to support project timelines and material needs.
  • Pick and pack orders of formwork, shoring, and scaffolding materials for shipment to jobsites.
  • Perform accurate inventory counts when receiving formwork, shoring, and scaffolding materials returned from jobsites.
  • Inspect returned materials and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.
  • Clean and perform basic maintenance on rental materials to ensure readiness for future use.
  • Safely operate a variety of hand and power tools as required for daily tasks.
  • Execute inventory stock moves using barcode scanning equipment.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through routine cycle counts and periodic full counts.
  • Develop the ability to operate forklifts, loaders, and aerial lifts (training provided).
  • Work with customers to propose substitutions or alternative systems that best utilize company assets.

Qualifications/Requirements
  • Must be detail-oriented and strongly committed to safety in all activities.
  • Solid working knowledge of formwork, shoring, and scaffolding systems.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to perform physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to wear a PAPR and a respirator when required.
  • Prior warehousing or material handling experience is a plus.
  • Forklift and plowing experience are a plus.
