Here's what we're looking for.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Associate degree in business or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of case management and clerical experience preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• Reliable transportation to travel to other agencies and community locations within the service area

Key Responsibilities

• Provide services designed to help individuals become less dependent and more self-sufficient
• Identify and utilize community resources; document all referrals and follow-up actions
• Create and maintain detailed case files within the agency database; accurately document all client interactions
• Develop individualized self-sufficiency plans with clients to identify barriers, resources, and goals
• Track and document client progress from crisis stabilization to long-term improvement
• Organize and coordinate commodity distributions and special assistance programs
• Implement and support home energy assistance programs for qualifying citizens
• Facilitate Community Needs Assessments and Public Hearings
• Research local poverty data and assist in preparing required program reports
• Prepare, analyze, and present reports with findings and recommendations
• Maintain program records to ensure accountability and compliance
