We are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to support our operations by leading maintenance activities, improving equipment reliability, and helping drive operational excellence within our production environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage in maintenance related activities.
  • Visually inspect production equipment and remodeling projects and complete repairs and renovations.
  • Train and mentor new and existing maintenance personnel.
  • Distribute work orders and follow on completion.
  • Coordinate daily service operations and communicate to the Assistant Manager and/or Manager (change over processes, work orders, preventative maintenance completion).
  • Track progress of weekly, monthly quarterly and annual objectives.
  • Evaluate employee performance and identify training needs.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure programs in place are functioning correctly.
  • Supervisor and ensure employees are adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Act as department liaison, communicating between management and department employees.


Qualifications:

  • Basic math skills, including multiplication and division.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours based on business needs.
  • Prior related maintenance experience required; 3 years of practical experience preferred.
  • Ability to delegate tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Competent knowledge and safe use of power tools, hand tools, and general maintenance techniques.
  • Knowledge of safe use of ladders and elevated platform devices.
  • Ability to measure and determine material sizes using standard measuring tools (rulers, tape measures, etc.).
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work collaboratively with others.
  • Ability to complete and manage work orders, including troubleshooting within a work order system and accurately completing documentation.
  • Must comply with all safety requirements and regulations, including proper use of PPE and lockout/tagout procedures.
  • Must provide own basic hand tools and a lockable toolbox.


Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy labor projects as needed.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or move equipment and materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in industrial environments, including climbing ladders, working at heights, and operating elevated platforms when required.
